Cancellation of Renewal of Account : Customer has to notify us to cancel renewal at least 30 days business days prior to the account expiration date.
If customer wants to cancel the service before one complete cycle, no refund will be given.
If you wish to cancel the service, please inform us within 2 hours of placing your request for service, full refund will be given. Settlement Time Frame of refund varies for different Payment Gateways. A maximum of 7 days can take to reflect amount refunded.
If refund request is placed after 2 hours, no refund on advance amount paid will be given.
No refunds will be given after the service is completely availed.
